By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws in force in India. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

  6. Use of this website constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user and Avelora Lifestyle. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under Indian law. Any information provided by you during registration or purchase must be accurate, complete, and up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any information is found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent.

  8. All products displayed on this website, including but not limited to sarees, ethnic wear, handcrafted textiles, and lifestyle accessories, are subject to availability and acceptance of order. The placing of an order does not constitute automatic acceptance. Avelora Lifestyle reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent transactions, or technical inaccuracies.

  10. We make every effort to ensure accurate representation of product colours, textures, and details. However, variations may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, screen resolutions, and the inherent nature of handcrafted and handwoven textiles. Minor irregularities in weave, dye, motifs, or texture shall not be considered defects but characteristics of authentic artisanal craftsmanship. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

  12. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as specified. GST shall be charged as per prevailing Indian tax regulations. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. In the event of an incorrect price display due to technical error, we retain the right to cancel the order and refund the amount received.

  14. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways compliant with applicable RBI and IT Act guidelines. Avelora Lifestyle does not store or retain customer debit/credit card or banking details. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from payment gateway failures or unauthorized banking transactions beyond our reasonable control.

Delays may occur due to logistics partners, natural events, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Refunds will be processed only after receipt and thorough quality verification of the returned item. Sale or discounted products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Customized, altered, tailored, or specially commissioned products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Avelora Lifestyle reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for return after inspection. Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to banking timelines.

All intellectual property rights in the website, including but not limited to logos, brand name, designs, product images, graphics, descriptions, layout, and content, are the exclusive property of Avelora Lifestyle and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Avelora Lifestyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational harm arising out of use of the website or products purchased. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product in question.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to use of the website or purchase of products shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
